Pharma Integration, in partnership with Particle Measuring Systems, is delighted to unveil the Biocapt^® Single-Use Microbial Impactor AutoM—an innovative breakthrough solution designed to improve efficiency in microbial air sampling within robotic pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

This state-of-the-art microbial impactor has been designed with robotic accessibility in mind, reducing human interference in the monitoring process—even eliminating it entirely when robotics are employed. It integrates seamlessly into existing filling lines without requiring invasive modifications. The plate is ideal for active microbial air monitoring in controlled environments, cleanrooms, and isolators, leveraging its full potential in gloveless ones.

Key features include:

• advanced “magnetic” lid design of the plate ensuring secure sealing and safe handling,
• robust perfomance offering a liquid-tight seal and preventing vapor penetration (e.g., hydrogen peroxide VHP), ideal for sterile environments and pre-introduction scenarios before environmental decontamination,
• single use and ready to use, eliminating the need for agar plate preparation and autoclave serilization,
